In an industry where your appearance is the key to success, fitness is necessary. But who wants to work out in ratty old t-shirts and baggy sweatpants when there is a major selection of athletic wear?

It is not hard nowadays to look fashionable at the gym. In the past few years, one of the biggest trends has been funky, yet comfortable, work out wear. Athletic apparel stores are popping up everywhere and Los Angeles obviously has their fair share.

Kristin Cavallari, pictured below, looks sleek in a figure flattering v-neck and tight Capri tights, while Claire Danes looks cute in a purple t-shirt and bike shorts. Maria manages to look comfortable while still looking hot in her work out gear. The trick is to look as if you haven’t missed a beat, whether you sweat or not!
