When Emile Pucci passed away in 1992, the fashion world assumed the Pucci House's 4 decade reign over colour and patterned harmony would surely come to an end. They were wrong. Sure, they struggled a while in the hands of daughter Laudomia Pucci, but between the acquisition by Louis Vuitton-Moet-Hennessy Group in 2000 and the brilliant move to appoint Matthew Williamson head designer in 2006, the go go glamour of Pucci is back.
