Wanda Cobar is the creator behind Liquid Couture designs.
Liquid Couture is a variety of funky ,
unique pieces combined with a sexy flair.
Wanda began designing in 1996 when she attended William Rainey Harper for fashion design.
In 1999 she won 1st place for eveningwear at Fashion Group International and a one month scholarship to London.
In 2000 she began designing dance costumes for area high schools and dance studios as well as working for various design companies.
Today Wanda works one on one with personal clientele and sells her work at gallery art shows and other fashion events.
