This dress could have been nicer if it was a turtleneck. You see some girls can handle or support a plunging neckline, others just scare me with them. I guess it is hard to look in the mirror and decide which kind of girl you are....because it isn't based on bra size. It is just based on overall look....but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try before leaving the house. Busy Philipps missed that step and here is the end result.
