Ashlee Simpson is still around and based on this outfit that's not a bad thing, from the loose fitting sheer top the the interesting vinyl looking leather shorts, there is enough attitude for her to get noticed.

Description

Ashlee Simpson attended a party for the Samsung Galaxy S III last night in NYC, and for the occasion she mixed leather with silk. Up top she wore a white silk button-down Alice + Olivia blouse and on bottom a pair of Alice + Olivia red leather shorts, which clearly stole the show. We also love how she did the trendy half tuck with her top.
