The pyjama party was staged on the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk to an enthusiastic reception from a star-studded, front-row which included Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony; the Hollywood actor Matthew McConaughey and his Brazilian girlfriend Camila Alves, who gave birth to their first child, a son, seven weeks ago; the burlesque artist, Dita Von Teese; the actress, Monica Bellucci; and the supermodels, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and Eva Herzigova.
