Inglourious Basterds Premiere at Cannes

We're practically jumping out of our skin at the thought of their finally being a new Quentin Tarantino movie.  These shots from the premiere at Cannes are only making it that much worse because that means  it's SOOO close.

 

Our personal fave from the bunch, Quentin Tarantino and Melanie Laurent goofing around on the red carpet. Pulp Fiction anyone?

 

We've already said our piece about these half short, half long gowns, but when you are in your 50's and have legs like Sharon Stone, you may as well show them off.

 

Angelina Jolie was in attendance to support partner Brad Pitt of course. Say what you want about her drinking blood, kissing her brother or being a husband theif. This women IS Hollywood glamour. Yowza.

 

Not usualy a fan of Dita Von Tease. Never reall gave into the whole pin-up throw back thing and to be honest feel that most of the time she looks like an old lady. This dress is fabulous though and still maintains her signature look without being as blantently obviousas some pieces we see her in.

 

Victoria Silvstead is one of those women we wish would tone down the make up a tad because underneth it all she probably is still very beautiful. Not a fan of the dress. It looks cheap and the color is just odd.

 

Paris Hilton would actually look lovely if it wasn't for that god awful headband on her head and loser on her arm.

 

The only thing that could make Elsa Pataki's floor length gown look better is seeing it move and swish around her in real life. The fitted top is balance with the long, blousy and flowing bottom. You can't wear a dress like this and not make an entrace. 

 

We love Michelle Yeoh's beaded bodice and and long flowing skirt but wish maybe it had been done in a more gold hue versus beige to really make her stand out. It's a loe cut for her still though.

 

The fabulous Asia Argento seems seems to be everywhere in Cannes and hasn't missed a bit style wise and this premiere was no exception.
