All Grown Up

As bratty as Kelly Osbourne is known to be she has, is and will most likely continue to be a forward thinker when it comes to fashion.  She has always experimented with her look and hair, and although it may have came off as odd at times, it was this experimentation that lead her to her look she has today, which is as much contemporary as it is stylish, polished, and playful.
