WTF Are You Wearing

Before I launch into my rant, I will say Paris Hilton has come a long way. I mean she doesn't wear lingerie out as clothing anymore (for the most part). The ratty, way too long and obvious hair extensions seem to be gone for good.

What isn't gone is the layer upon layer of fake tan (salon of cream - you decide) and on-again-off-again persona where she presents herself as (and acts like) a child, complete with baby/goo-goo gaga voice.

The thing that's a shame is that when she wants to, she truly can present herself like a confident, dignified women - I've seen it on the rare occaision. Somewhere underneth it all, it's there.I wish she would do it more often.
