We realized we were getting older the other night while having a conversation with an 18 year old friend (who, when doing the math, is ten years our junior) and when making a reference to the movie Natural Born Killers, he stared back at us blankly. Though NBC wasn’t directed by Tarantino, the story line however was developed by him, which should really come as no surprise as all. Though we don’t claim Tarantino to be quite the director some of fans do, we have always held a special place in our heart for the movies extended and witty dialogue, combined with the alluring visual asestetic.
That being said, we were thrilled – THRILLED – when we heard that Inglorious Bastards was coming out, as the director has taken quite a long hiatus after the Kill Bill Series (the prequel of which we were ACHING for until the sudden death of David Carradine, who played Bill – seriously, how awesome would that of been) Still the past is the past, and you can’t change what already happen.
Focusing on the present, here are some well dressed stars at the Inglorious Bastards UK premiere. Noticeably absent was Brad Pitt, who was either changing a diaper or making hot sex to Angelina Jolie in a limo somewhere.
The thing we love most about quesntin Taratino's style is that he has this overwhelming aura around him constantly of just completely not giving a shit, and his style is no different here.
We haven't seen Neve Campbell since her Party of Five days, and man is she looking fantastic, she looks like she hasn't aged a bit, and the outfit is completely classy without being boring at all. Killer fit for her and we love the colours.
Tolula Adeyemi is Britain's newest top model and WOW is she a looker. We love, love, love the shirt dress with the tassled heels and all these colours look fabulous on her.
We don't completely adore Diane Kruger's choise for the evening. It def makes best use of those long legs of hers, but overall, we think a better choise could have possibly been made.
Oh Rihanna, how do we love thee? Let s count the ways. How awesome is that mondo collection of pearls around her neck? Hair, make-up, the whole ensemble is amazing.
