Bowler Cap on the Streets of London

I don't know much about this look, but I know it's like well put together joke, maybe even a throwback to a better time, back when the America West was the land of opportunity, or maybe it's some 15 year old trapped in a 35 year old's body on his way to his high school grad, but they were out of all the baby blue tuxedos.

With bowler hat, pocket square, vest chain that could be a pocket watch, along with a colorful tie and umberalla in a tailored suit reminds me that I wasn't born in 1850 and I never ran a saloon but I sure as hell can dress like I did, if I was as daring as this guy and willing to spend my day accessorizing, but I'd rather be doing better things, like tap dancing. 

However, if I ever opened up a restaurant, I'd definitely like the valet costume to look a little like this.
