On the Famous 09/16/09

We never gave much thought to Keri Hilson other than her great singing voice, until recently at least. She looked put together, but nothing really stood out to us about her and we rarely, if ever, saw her in something that was really a memorable outfit. As of lately, Keri has been out of control in the style department though, really hitting the nail on the head as far as not only great pieces but also pieces that work for her and on her.

We are loving the print on this dress and feel it has a certain elongating quality that goes beyond your basic vertical stripe. It has an almost 60's feel to it, the cut and length included, but it's contemporary enough that is doesn't look like some sort of attempted throwback. A 60's dress would never, ever have such a daring V neck tho, which is complimented really nice by her long gold chain. The subtle hairstyle really draws the focus to her face. And those shoes? Forget about it…
