Shakira kind of dropped off the radar there for a minute (working on an album maybe?) but now that she seems back in the public eye she is better than ever. One thing we always liked about her was that as much as she could look ladylike, polished and sexy, there has always been a certain quality about her that seemed incredibly laid back and easy going. Even in this photo here with those out of sight, high-high-heels, she still has this air about her like she’s just hanging out in sweatpants at home.
