When we saw this guy initially, we wanted to take his photo right off the bat, because it’s not every day you run into an Andy Warhol just hanging out at the bar you go to every week. Moreover, when you actually approach him to talk to him he is completely dead cool, so cool in fact that it makes you feel like a loser for even having asked to take his photo in the first place. Then you really start thinking about things and it occurs to you that he was pretty comfortable getting his photo taken.
It’s at that point that when you walk back over to your friends and they say “Do you know who that is?”
Point in fact is that no, we didn’t know who it was and it turned out that it was TRANS-X who most of you are probably way too young to know who it is, but I assure you if you are of our generation, he’s a pretty big deal, especially in Montreal.
And yes, he wore his sunglasses the entire time in the club. Badass.
