We don’t care if she’s in costume for a movie or not, because wardrobe department or no wardrobe department, Ellen Page bleeds the ‘high school-friend-I-should-have-married’ thing for guys and BFFL thing for girls. Girls like Ellen Page are the ones in high school that all the jocks make fun of but all have secret crushes on that, of course, they will never admit to anyone.  She is the  independent loner type who spends her lunch hours developing photos or making art, she doesn’t have to be part of the group to feel good about herself and she wears her older brothers hand me downs because they are way cooler than anything the girls her age are wearing anyways (fact!). The joke is always on the jerks who give girls like that a hard time because when she gets over the tomboy phase and comes into her own, there is a mega babe underneath there just waiting to be unleashed on the world.  Regardless of whatever growing up they do however, there will still always be that side of them that feels (and looks) just as sexy wearing a beat up pair of jeans as they do in a dress. Self confidence is the greatest accessory to an outfit next to a smile, and those are the type of things money can’t buy.
