We love a woman in a good suit and we wish that it was a bit more accepted in terms of the usual style of ladies dress because when it’s done right it’s extremely flattering and also very, very sexy. The main key obviously is the cut and the fit. Too stern a cut can make you end up looking like you’re going to a business meeting as opposed to high fashion. With the right embellishments in the right places though, it can do wonders for a silhouette and really enhance a figure, even if you feel you don’t have the best figure. This one on Ashley Green isn’t as fitted as we would usually prefer but given current trends in the fit of pants, it does work, and we also like the almost 80’s Power Dressing aspects. We would have chosen different footwear however, maybe just a solid black pump, or possibly even boots that the pants could have draped over. She is definitely taking a chance here with the color, stripes and overall look but we like it.
