If there is one thing we can say for Beyonce, it’s that this girl knows how to wear clothes. It doesn’t matter if she’s going something more dressed down (though even her dressed down is dressed up for the most part) or going all out costume on stage with the massive weave and the glitter etc. No matter what the look or what the occasion, she ends up pulling it off. That’s not to say we don’t like some things better than others but we rarely, if ever, see her in something that really just doesn’t work and this blue cocktail style dress is no exception.
