Hot Scarf

Scarf’s are hot, and I mean that literally. May I ask why the stars are wearing scarf’s in the middle of summer, especially in a really hot places like L.A.?

I have come to not question the fashion sense of Hollywood super stars like Nicole Richie and just accept their kooky ways. Here are some stars wearing this look.
