TMZ grabbed a snap shot of Marc Jacobs' boytoy, Jason Preston, at a recent event sporting fashion's must have-not for fall. A genuine dead mouse pinned to the lapel of his jacket.  On the scene eavesdroppers say the flakey fashionista claimed the nasty item was a gift from one miss Courtney Love.

Peta got word of the crime against fashion and responded "When your only claim to fame is that you're the sometime boy toy of a designer, I guess you go to extremes to get attention." Hey! That's what I said!
