Ann Taylor Goes LUXE

Starting this fall Ann Taylor rolled out it's high end collection aptly named 'Collection'.  The line, consisting of 50 pieces, will be cost 40% more than 'regular' Ann Taylor items and, of course, significally higher than Ann Taylor Loft.

What makes the 'Collection' collection worth the jacked up price? From what we're told it's the quality of the materials and stitch work. The look of the clothes remain classic Ann Taylor. Which is a good. But is it worth the extra 40%?

The higher-priced pieces will be featured on the stores website and in 24 of Ann Taylor's best-situated, highest-performing stores. (A list of which is also available on the site.)
