Trends are no longer dominated by seasons. Any fashion savy person knows that you can still wear white after labour day, pink and red do match, and you definately do not have to match your hangbag to your shoes. This is true about the new trend I am seeing all over hollywood, bold colorful florals.
In these pictures you see Sienna Miller wearing a cool blue floral dress with black tights and oxford shoes. Nicole's look is slightly more hippyest with gladiator sandals and her bikini tan. Jennifer Connelly's Floral design is short and sweet. The puffy sleeves and contrasting shoes made this look very modern.
The common thread here is that this kind of floral dress is bright and in your face, and that is what makes it different than the last time we saw this trend on the stars.
