Miu Miu S/S 08: Clothing

We start with a perfect representation of baby doll chic. The frills and poofy waist lines. lacey collars and sheer fabrics. It's the sexiest baby doll you'll ever see.

Then Miu Miu does what few designers can do. Put me perfectly balanced on a fence over a collection. Part of me finds the entire thing silly, yet a good part of me find it so aesthetically pleasing that I can't stop looking. The colors and patterns, almost holographic at times, are mesmerizing. I want to reach out and touch them. I think I'm leaning towards the satisfied side of the fence.
