Carolina Herrara's 2007 - 2008 Resort collection wins my vote for ready-to-wear collection of the year. And I'll tell you why... if it's not obvious by simply looking.

Every single piece in this collection is all things one looks for in designer RTW shows. The piece are 100% quality, perfect stitching and thoughtful lines and the most exquisite patterned fabrics I've seen this year. And still, every single piece is completely wearable. They aren't elitist wear or red carpet wear... They're each classically tailored and chosen as wardrobe staples. And they're perfect.
