Look For Less: Twelve by Twelve

From the good folks at Forever 21 comes a shop that's low on price and high on style. And it's called Twelve by Twelve. It's shiny, sparkly clubesque clothing and it can run you as little as $20 a piece.

Forever 21 has also introduced a county couture line that's avaiable at Heritage 1981 and it totally worth checking out.
