Style icon Nicole Richie arrives Sunday afternoon, (May 18th), to the wedding of gal pal Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz. She brings along baby daddy, Joel Madden, but the real show was the luminous flowing blue gown that she paired with some simple tan Louboutin pumps.

No word yet on the designer of the radiant dress but it was perfectly suited for Ashlee's 'Alice in Wonderland' themed event. This girl can do no wrong!
