We Can't Decide About Katy Perry

We find Katy Perry to be so hit or miss with what she chooses for special events and this is one of the times when we end up in purgatory in regards to what she chose. Is it the worst thing we have ever seen her in? Not by far, but it still leaves us feeling like there is something else more suitable out there for her. In all honesty, for us she tends to fall into the category of celebrity ladies that we think ends up looking better the more dressed down she is.
