damn! i want a huge rock on my finger - just like beyonce! she was showing off her gorgeously extravagant (and pricey - costing an estimated $3.7 million dollars) 18 carat diamond wedding ring (made by designer lorraine schwartz) earlier this evening at the new york city premiere of her new flick cadillac records (opening in theatres this friday december 5th) also in attendance was her main squeeze jay-z but the couple didn't pose for any pics together (at least i couldn't find any...) and ms. knowles won't be selling her wedding pictures anytime soon (even though she was apparently offered ridiculous amounts of money) this is one couple who really does like to keep things as private as they can - and manage to pull it off somehow (their april '08 wedding was like the celebrity undercover event of the year) although i'm not a huge fan of his - i do hope they stay together - if beyonce is happy - then i am too! popbytes over & out for now...xoxo

hey hey! in the seemingly never ending saga of my dear amy winehouse (her life is totally material for lifetime's next movie of the week) her soon to be ex-hubby blake fielder-civil is now claiming responsibility for turning ms. winehouse into a drugged out zombie - he blames himself for introducing her to the good times of heroin, crack cocaine, and self-mutilation (every parents dream of what a future son in-law might bring their daughter) apparently amy had been smoking pot (which is quite nice if i do say so myself) but once she got all hot & heavy with blake - she wanted to try a little bit of what he was having...we all know a little turned into a lot! you can read all of what blake has to say over on news of the world - now the only questions that remain are - will the cracked out couple actually divorce? and how much money will blake want from amy?!? good evening! oh i'm beyond bummed the holiday weekend is almost drawing to a close - the thought of going back to work tomorrow completely kills me! i wish i could run around like paris hilton - who really nothing better to do than travel & party while slapping her name on unnecessary products - below are pictures of ms. hilton at a new jersey mall - all color coordinated for the launch of her brand new fragrance fairy dust (containing notes of pink peony, orange blossom, spring gardenia, water lily, peach nectar, sueded patchouli, cashmere musk, & vanilla cream) with her wonky eye in full effect! i'd love to know how some of this stuff sells - with today's tough economy does anybody really want to give or receive the gift of a hilton 'inspired' fragrance this holiday season?!? does anyone out there buy stuff like this? good evening! i've been getting so much done over the past few days plus i got to play tons of fallout 3 on xbox which i'm totally addicted to right now - it's an awesome game! one person who i know has been way busier than me is britney spears - she has been on a whirlwind tour of europe over the past few days - with performances in germany ( at the bambi awards), in france ( on star academy) and most recently in london where she performed on her hit single womanizer on x factor (british american idol - both shows share newly single judge simon cowell) check out the video below - she's doing a great job - the comeback is in full swing and will kick into high gear on tuesday morning when she'll do her thing on good morning america and celebrate turning 27 - the same day her new album circus drops! today in my mailbox was an advanced retail copy - i've been playing it super loud all day long - overall like i've said before i really like the album! right now i'm going to get back to watching season #1 of mad men on blu-ray which is ridiculously excellent - why didn't i start watching sooner?!? While watching her trainwreck all last year was kind of entertaining, deep down we were all rooting for Miss Brit to get it together.
