The over the shoulder shirt is not for my crazy stepmother in the late 80s anymore...it's back and it is badder than ever....that's badder in a good way...not badder in a bad way... The leather skirt is fun and daring...but the vintage lingerie stockings pretty much steal the show....This look is fun.
